henry was not able to be circumcised when he was born, so this is what we got to do yesterday. we went to the new hospital in riverton with a primary children's unit. shout out to dr. snow - although i am pretty sure he doesn't read this - who did the surg. such a sweet guy. henry was quite the brave little boy and had lots of new experiences at the hospital.
henry got his vitals taken,
got a new pair of jammies,
took a wagon ride,
and got to play with some cool new toys.
henry also kicked it with the nurses (this is him yelling something at them),
and got some sweet medicine to help his little nerves.
this is hen and mommy post op. it took him quite a while to wake up and drink some sprite so we could go home.
36 hours later and hen is doing great. he only cries while his diaper is changed. we have watched tons of movies, made some forts, and had lots of "popcoles". he is already like his sweet, mischievous self.

So glad he is feeling better. It looks like he had fun before...maybe he'll remember his fun experience if he ever has to have his tonsils out or something.
Awwww I'm happy that all went well with Hen. How stressful for you as a parent though I'm sure. Talk more on Monday!
wow, poor little guy! What a trooper he is and it looks like so much fun! I'm impressed you did that, I swear EVERYONE we know now a days are not circumsized their children..no one! We get weird looks telling other's this baby inside me will be cicumsized.
