so the anderson family has gone on a wii craze. starting with the robertson cousins getting a will for xmas last year. then my MILs doctor suggested that she may enjoy the wii fit for some exercise, strength training, whatever. so mca played on the wii fit a few times at his mom's house. totally loves it. i tried it as well and love it just as much. and for someone as out of shape as i am...your breaking a sweat in 20 minutes, i promise. anyway. so mca decided that he wanted the wii fit for his b-day. so i went and got it last sunday. he called me before i could even get in the store to ask if they still had some left. he was extremely excited and they are in high demand. get yours now before you can't for xmas. anyway, we have been playing it as much as our free time will allow and we love it. it keeps track of your weight, weight loss goals, workout times, ect. although i think its kind of funny that the japanese are disgusted by our over weight country, so they really try to embarrass you with this machine. like when you stand on the board a little voice goes "oh" like oh dear you are HUGE. then it measures your BMI and tells you if you are obese and the music goes "bum bum bum" and the little mii person gets all fat and its belly sticks out and it looks down at itself like "what have i done". its comical. i really recommend this to someone looking for low impact, fun, challenging, game type exercise. its addicting. if you are still reading this alison - we are talking about getting rock band. ok.

I never thought of them making fun of our obese country, LOL! I actually have a lot of friends that say it totally works, I have a friend that loves to do the hula and say's her hips are getting smaller. Who would have ever guessed we would play games to get fit. It's better then sitting on the couch for hours right? Maybe Casey and will have to invest in one.
ROCKBAND ROCKS!!!!!
