So I ran to Wal-mart for a quick pick up of a few things in between court hearings. Kind of in a hurry. McKay has sort of turned me off of the check yourself out lane - plus I only had a check and that seems to be a pain sometimes. So I go to the 20 items or less lane. Low and behold soccer mom and her like 1 week old baby and 3 year old are in front of me. Does she just have formula and diapers? NO. Does she just have juice and a few Twix candy bars? NO. Let's just say that the Twix candy bars and diapers equaled the 20 items or less. She starts to put her 80 items on the very small area that is made for normal people's 20 items or less. She counts her Twix candy bars and diapers, looks back at me - seeing the irritated look on my face - and sort of turns back to the basket to put the Twix's back and perhaps move to the 80 items or less lane. Then she stops and most likely thinks - "Those people don't have anywhere to be, I'll just stay here" and continues with her terrible shopping etiquette. Check-out lady was totally annoyed too - we shared a look together. She had to start bagging her 80 items and put them on another register, there was so many diapers, Twix candy bars, and juice boxes to check out. I sat there for a minute and thought, I need to blog about this because it sort of happens a lot at Wal-mart. McKay and I would love to be closet Wal-mart shoppers, but we are shameful shop every Sunday at 9 AM Wal-mart shoppers. It's too cheap. So we see this stuff happen all the time. Don't people realize that other people's court hearings are just as important to them as their kids soccer game is to them?

I will refrain from dissing Wal-mart right now on this blog because Devin works there.
I LOVE Wal Mart's prices and the fact that I live less than 5 minutes away. I HATE the rude people there. Yesterday I was trying to get through an aisle and some guy block off one half with his own cart and moved some shelfing thing so the other half of the aisle was blocked off too. I started banging on the top of my cart like a drum set, just waiting while he picked out his sugar. Finally he noticed and moved. I was seriously thinking "GET OUT OF MY DAMN WAY!!"
